Yes. Revolex delivers both Cat A and Cat B fit-out works. Cat A usually prepares a commercial space for occupation, handover or tenant fit-out. Cat B creates the finished occupier-ready interior, including layouts, rooms, finishes and practical workspace features.

Revolex is primarily focused on larger commercial projects, with preferred project values typically around £150k to £500k. Selected smaller entry jobs may also be considered where the scope is commercially suitable.
Revolex generally prefers commercially meaningful projects rather than small maintenance tasks. As a guide, smaller entry jobs would usually need to start from around £5k and involve a worthwhile scope of works.

Yes. Revolex regularly delivers works in occupied and live environments, planning activity around operational requirements, access restrictions and disruption control.

Dust, noise and logistics are managed through planning with building stakeholders. Measures may include agreed working windows, tenant notifications, dust screens, zip-door systems, negative air zones, HEPA extraction, daily clean-downs, planned delivery routes, lift booking and loading bay coordination.
